Inquiries will be answered within ten business days after receipt. When we cannot respond within that period, we will explain the reason and provide a new response date, which will not be more than five additional business days.

Complaints will be answered within fifteen business days beginning on the business day after we receive the complete complaint. When we cannot resolve the complaint within that period, we will explain the reason and provide a new response date, which will not be more than eight additional business days.

When a request is incomplete, we may ask the requester to provide the information needed to process it.
